Residence Capriccioli is situated on the
Capriccioli pensinsula, right at the heart of the Costa Smeralda. Immersed in Meditteranean macchia, the residence is only 100 metres from the sea. The soft white sand and crystal clear blue seas of the surrounding beaches are some of the most beautiful on the island. Close by, many other famous beaches including
Liscia Ruija and
Porto Li Coggi (better known as Spiaggia del Principe – ‘
the Prince’s Beach’) are waiting to be explored.

The peaceful, safe and comfortable surroundings and generous green spaces of Residence Capriccioli guarantee a delightful holiday for families with children, and those with well-behaved
dogs.
Residence Capriccioli was founded by the Depperu family in 1958 – around the same time as the founding of the exclusive holiday resorts of the
Costa Smeralda by Karim Aga Khan IV. The accommodation was designed by architect Tullio Depperu, the interiors lovingly decorated by his wife Luisa. The style is typical of the area of Gallura, in which the Costa Smeralda is situated, and its traditional farmhouse or ‘stazzu’. The apartments blend perfectly into their surroundings, a small gem in the precious Sardinian countryside.

The Residence is still run by the Depperu family, and the direct contact between the owners and their guests ensures that everyone receives a genuinely warm welcome, and personal and professional service at all times.
The Residence comprises terraced self-catering apartments, each with garden, sleeping from
two to
six people; there are also first floor
studio apartments with balcony.
Our hot water is provided by solar panels.
The Residence is set in beautiful gardens planted with native species, and each apartment has its own private garden or terrace.
We are proud of the attention to detail within our apartments, the use of traditional, twisting juniper wood and wrought iron fittings, and small touches, like the use of local hand made pottery and tiles.
